Q: I ordered shirts in Collar Seasons offline store before. Do you have my measurement record?

A: Yes, we do. We usually keep customers’ previous order records in paper and CAD files for up to 8 years or more. 

Q: Can I reorder without physically coming to the Shop again?

A: Certainly. You may register your own Collar Seasons online account and take the speed order window specially for “existing offline shop customers” to select fabrics. After receiving your order our service team will closely follow up with you to complete the order process and make sure the shirts will be safely on your hands soon.
